When you place an order with Herbal Shilajit, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We will confirm receipt of your order and notify you when your order has been shipped. Payment for orders can be made via:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash upon delivery.
• Partial Prepayment via Bank Transfer or Mobile Payment: Make a partial advance payment via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if the payment is not received, if there are issues with product availability, or if fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but we make every effort to ensure timely delivery. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

At Herbal Shilajit, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply to returns:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued upon inspection and approval of the returned items. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
